Pull Me Under - Dream Theater (Cover by Jenn)

Can't believe this song is 22 years old. That whole album was so ahead of it's time. This was the first DT song I listened to and then never was the same again. Never really understood what the deal was with the "end "on the original version. It was like "hey guys on the count of three you end the song no matter what chord you happen to be playing" Gr8 cover!

That's the beauty of Metal my friend! A incredible song never ages but is very much like fine wine gets better throughout the years. Look at Black Sabbath,Maiden ,Priest and Metallica and how their songs are still ridiculously heavy even to this day.

+Hernán Valdés The abrupt ending is actually one of my favorite parts of the song! It's like it conveys a deeper meaning that death can be all too sudden (remember that the lyrics are constructed from Shakespeare's Hamlet, so it kinda makes sense)!

People always knock LaBrie but I have yet to hear one person who captures his edge, power, and style in any cover on You Tube. While most people try it is important to realize that when Dream Theater hit the world they brought something that no other band has been able to replicate..........a collection of serious command of musicianship that approaches each song with power, passion, and professionalism. Good cover Jenn and I appreciate that you would put your talent on one of their songs.

+subhram chhetri it is not off it is mono tone! but still a very sweet voice with feel! there are people who loves Kurt Cobain's voice haha to each of their own I like her voice personally if you don't that is cool you have the right to your opinion :)

johnny bongos this is one of my favourite from DT and my ears are very sensitive to this song.Her voice was too plain and hollow. I appreciate her as a singer.

Great cover. The only song I can cover on drums for DT is "I Walk Beside You" on Octavarium because the rest is insane. If I tried Pull me Under me legs and arms would probably fall off. I think you should cover I Walk Beside You or Surrounded. Your voice would sound good on that.
