+Gemma Martin hi Gemma, have you seen my website? I only ask I've I've recently launched my Detangler spray. NO PULLING or PAIN when you brush. Thought it might help with your little girl. Also when you take out the elastics, don't pull them out, use a stitch unpicker/seam ripper (what seamstresses use) to cut each Elastic 💗

I've never seen it done this way before but it's absolutely genius to part the hair in small elastics before starting the braid. It's so much easier to get a beautiful braid this way and I cant wait for me to try it on myself 😉

DARLING girl! I like this method. I usually section it as I go, but this would be a nice way to make sure all the sections are even and be able to take a break partway through if I need to rest. :) Also, I LOVE the flower in each little poof! I'm totally going to do that!

Can you please just come and do my hair every day lol love every single style you do but I cant do them on my own hair only on other peoples. I have long thick very dark brown hair. Would it be possible for you to do some styles with dark brown/black hair? OMG! Beth, Baylee was so adorable! I just started watching your videos recently, with the much more grown up Baylee ;) but what a cutiepie she was in her video! No idea back then she'd be such a star now, eh? :D I'm going to try this one out on my 6 year old this weekend - she may be more amenable to getting a crown 'braid' if I don't have to work so hard at pulling the braid tight for so long. ;) Although, with your help, I DID master lace braiding, which is what I've been doing lately to keep the front of her hair out of her face - thank you so much for your videos! (Is it strange I find it far easier to lace braid across her head vs down the back of her head???) Love from New England!

I love this. And much easier than the French braid version. I am confused on how to end it? What do you do with the end part? And how to you hide those elastics? Oh, and where did you get those cute pink flowers you put in her hair?

You just tuck the end under the braid on the head. You can cover the elastics using real or fake flower. I got these ones on eBay. Search ‘paper flowers on wire’ 💗💗
