Awesome tutorial! I followed along, but when testing the drag feature, it requires me to swipe left instead of down, how do I set up the drag transition to drag down instead of left?

great tutorial! but i have a question.. how do you capture the desktop preview like that?? I don't get it right when i use windows game bar. It captures with the title bar and in low quality. How do you capture and make a video like 0:02 ? It will be so helpful for me if you answer...

It's captured using an another open source screen recorder. Windows game bar also works fine. It's right, the title bar will also be captured. I edit those captured videos and present them in a better visually appealing way in Adobe After Effects.

so will i have to animate all of these in android studio again because i don't think i am able to directly copy the animations easily like i can with the backgrounds and buttons and all that stuff. Creating animations is rally cool and i love what you did in this video. I just want to be able to do in in android just as easily.

This is actually the UI design and prototype part or in general the design side. The development side of this project can be done inside of Android Studio or similar software. This just gives a final concept of how the apps looks after development. There are some methods to convert the design into code. But I don't think there isn't any way to efficiently convert the animations into code.

Not necessarily, just try all the possibilities and stick on to the one that works the best.

Hmm, XD does not auto animate changing shapes for me, no matter what I do. It can only animate size and placement. I don’t get it
