Pulled beef is a fun and easy project for any smoker. I fired up the Lone Star Grillz 20x42 Pellet Smoker to execute this two stage cook that included 3.5 to 4 hours in the smoke and another 3 to 3.5 hours in the flavorful braise. I made sandwiches with this batch, but this pulled beef is also fantastic served over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, or even a pile of stone ground grits.
