People saying that they're worried for the cop about his job with this video being up, that's not how it works. Almost every traffic stop (instead of something like e felony stop) is officer discretion. Which means the cop makes his own judgment calls and is completely supported by pretty much every department. Him not giving him a ticket was his choice and he is allowed to do that.

I was 18 years old on my 2008 zx6r. I was going to a community college about 45 minutes from my house. It was about 6:30am and I was on I-40 doing about 120mph in a 65mph. Got pulled over by a sherif and thought for sure I was going to jail etc. the cop came up to me and said son why are you going so fast. I said I'm running a little late for school, it's cold this morning and starting to rain a little and just wanna get to where I'm going. He said how do you expect to get to school if you're dead? He said slow down and walked away. Never got his name but if there's any wake county sheriffs watching this video and remember pulling over a green 600 ninja at 6:30am just outside Raleigh a couple years ago Thank you

I was once running almost late for school and since I knew he got me fair and square with a radar gun I fessed up and he let me off with a warning, he said he really appreciated my honest and no BS answers. I don't really speed a whole lot which helped my record stay clean and that clean record also probably helped me out in avoiding a ticket.

Listen, I've been caught twice without driving with a license. I lost it due to child support and I live in a very rural area where there is no work. Both times I was pulled over by the same officer and was asked the 2nd time why I was driving. I explained to him that I was out looking for work which I honestly was doing(I'm now employed) and both times he didn't impound the vehicle. He did write me a ticket the 2nd time but he didn't impound my car. He let me explain my situation and I was polite and respectful. Shook his hand and we were both calm the entire time. He COULD have taken me to jail. Both times but he didn't because(I think) of me being respectful. I'm trying to get my life together now. I'm paying my child support, I've since got joint custody of my kid and he pulled into my driveway the other day just to say hello and see how things were going when I was cutting my grass. Not all cops are dicks. If you're polite, respectful, and talk to them like a human being 99% of the time things are going to be ok. They have a job to do just like everyone else and both times I respected him doing his job. I even told him if he ended up taking me in that I would understand because I was breaking the law and he had a job to do(I've never been to jail knock on wood). Moral of the story just be respectful. Don't try and be a dick thinking you know more then them. There's no reason to be an asshole.

Oh and they most definitely where profiling me for the car I was driving and then making up an excuse to pull me over so they could run my license, like for example the time I was SIGNALING a lane change on the highway, then WHILE CHANGING LANES the cop puts on his lights so I then change lanes back to the right lane so I can pull onto the shoulder and he fucking accuses me of SWERVING and asks if i've been drinking, I DON'T drink to start with and I wouldn't be stupid enough to get behind the wheel of a car if I did, or the time on a 2 lane road in town where I was coming home from work at 11 at night and 2 cops where sitting in a parking lot talking and when I drove by one IMMEDIATELY began following me then a MILE AND A HALF (including a red light) and just as I was about to be out of his jurisdiction he pulls me over and says I crossed the centerline in a curve (where the speed limit was like 35MPH, which I was doing), a curve that by the way was over a MILE from when he first started following me. Tell me that isn't fucking profiling bullshit and he had perfectly good reason for STALKING ME.
