I love it when you delete their files....12 years ago I fell for the Microsoft scam and they not only deleted all of my files and photos but destroyed my computer....I had lost 6 of my family members just a couple of years earlier. All of their precious photos and videos were on that computer. I took my computer to a computer store and they couldn't even retrieve them....They broke me and my heart, I only have a few hard copies of them and my memory.....Go through all of the India scammers and deleted all of their files. If you by any chance still have that drive, and you haven't used it since, then you should consult with a data recovery consultant.

Its cause.. Now a days.. Most call centre workers are school/college dropout..They don't have any knowledge about computer at all.. A little English leads them to this job as this doesn't require any academics.. The company gives them script which they read out through the whole time and they just know what to do about their job on the computer nothing else.. That's it.. So deleting the icons is normal for them cause they are thinking that they are deleting your files.. Lol
