Those two easily could’ve signed you off on the exhaust. “We can’t measure the decibels.” A stock exhaust is as quiet as a mouse. But it’s all a money scheme at the end of the day. These laws are just in place to take more money out of our pockets

Bro Fr! & I Went up to him and asked if he could sign off the ticket and he just asked me to rev it and he signed it off easy. No decibel reader or anything so Idk why they were giving me such a hard time at the police department smhh
