"TOPP's Composite" definitely Retail product of the year and has a rating -A Would have given it a straight up +A except for one tiny issue. Some teams were top Heavy while others, were left languishing with virtually nothing. If TOPP's had just switched things up . . . And made all Base Sets for all teams a minimum 3 player checklist, then had the same Checklist for Patch Cards, Signed Patch Cards & Signatures. I could buy into breaks knowing odds of players and parallels would guarantee some nice cards, and make entering breaks worth my while. But a single player checklist, using my Saints as an example . . . Where Deuce McCallister was the only Saint available . . . And that was 2 base paper sets, 2 chrome sets, 1 insert set when their were 7 maybe +7 different chrome sets, and 3 or 4 different insert sets . . . made buying breaks a little too worthless to say the least. But if 3 players per team available for all of those different sets, and only the one potential autograph - I would have been more than happy to buy in.
