Honey I'm a follower but admittedly only for a few months now. But I'm 48 with 3 grown kids in their late 20's and one is 30. The disappointment on your face when you were saying the park opened at 7am instead of 8 almost had me in tears after your all nighter. I felt your pain. Then it happened. You said it perfectly at the end. Girl, life is full of disappointments and failures but that's the moments we learn from in life. You said it best when you realized that maybe you were at the park at the time you were 'supposed' to be at the park. You may have just met a new friend for life with the girl on your way out.
