another way to finish off the deck for the belz leggo is to spend gems... there are 3 packs in the gem shop where you can exchange gems for the coal pts/more deck flips directly, or you can use gems to buy ancient shards and then open those shards for more deck event points + champs (note that you need some good rng luck if you buy ancients, since rare champs only get you 30 pts each while epics get you 1400 pts) also, if you have any extra broadmaws sitting in the chamber ready to pull the trigger on, fusing broadmaw is worth 2k (2 card flips) each during this event.
