Part 2 gacha generally and pretty frequently left a really bad taste in my mouth

Yep, even though it's technically better (Valk is 90 instead of 100 and gear is 60 for the weapon instead of 50 per piece), not a single pulling session went "well" for me. All my P2 characters + weapons went until single-digit pity and you don't even get off-banner gear anymore either. At least with P1, my Valks and gear (often) came somewhat early AND I could gear other Valks while pulling. I'm currently sitting on 4/4 for Mobius and Silverwing by gettting their gear via off-rate drops, which is not possible for any P2 Valk. If we could at least get off-banner Stigmata once we had a full on-banner set or Part1 weapons (that didn't count towards the on-banner pity), instead of my 3rd on-banner B-piece, that would at least feel somewhat better.

​​@@SqBGhostyea, i managed to get HoRB, HoFin and HoTr pretty early, same with their weapons (except HoTr, she's 0/4) but with off-rates i managed to get 4/4 HoH having only her weapon. Meanwhile p2 i needed to get 5 till guaranteed for Vita and 2 till S-rank for Sena (my only p2 S-rank valks) and Vita and HoFin DK came literally at the last pull XD

I got really Lucky in this version. I had only 15k crystals, and i got Vita in 20 pulls (counting in the free 10), i spend 50 pulls on her weapon (this was shit actually) and today when carnival supply started and we got celebration supply card, i jokingly said to myself '' woo let's pull for senadina, maybe i will get Lucky and i will get her '' and yeah, she was the first thing that showed up on the screen. So i guess i'm really Lucky this time

yea I also had to spend everything + extra money to get Vita full gear and Kiana new gear - lucky I still have the story to play since I stopped progressing it After meeting Lantern for the first time

I got Vita in her first free 10 pulls, then got her gear in only 40 (used 10x suply cards) and still had 20k to spare to get sonque Astral op with 9800 left. All f2p (I suffered through the meta till now).

I had a similar experience with my Songque pull. That was really unpleasant. Hope you'll get better luck for any future banner you are pulling. The beginner guide video was really nice! Hope you won't have to quit.

firstly the pulling amount seems inflated to me every survey players ask for them to reduce the crystal necesity for pulling and nothing happens, if it was this hard to get 5stars in hsr no one would be playing it and as a matter of fact if honkai impact 3rd was released today many would not play. they would do anything for people to spend more without realising that decreasing the price of things would give the game more traction and they would get more money from that in the grand scheme. They also give you free characters but theyre practically powercrept as hell and let's not talk about powercreep in this game cause it's ridiculous. i was trying to get herrscher of thunder for a year just for them to give her in a box after she was powercrept to death. HOW is it that by 4 hsr five starts i get 1 five star in honkai impact 3rd. Ive been playing for 4 years. FIX YOUR GAME.

i got really lucky with vita’s weapon (got 2 of it in a 10 pull out of 20 total pulls) but getting vita herself was painful D; it took 83 pulls to get her! and i missed out on hofi new gears + i also wanted & missed senadina’s weapon… i am very very broke now lol

This is why I left the game. There combat games with far better gacha system like: PGR (Punishing Gray Raven), Ather Gazer and the newest WuWa Wurhering Waves. Hoyo is a greedy company, HSR is the only Hoyo game I play now 😢

This summon video shows all the problems I have with Hoyoverse games and made me wish I had a account manager because hoyo games feel like such a chore to play and it feels like they want you to summon on everything and nothing at the same time because they’ve accelerated the meta so much to the point the game feels insanely pay to play. I feel the same way with Hsr it feels so meta reliant it’s tiring.And Genshin locking mechanics behind summon characters is so scummy. Hoyo in general is so greedy ZZZ might be the only Hoyo game not completely consumed by greed right now completely down to the factor that its new This level of Greed will comeback to bite Hoyo in the future. Don’t Get discouraged by this there’s plenty of Gacha’s to try with better Summon systems and better games to play overall in general(not just Gacha)

I got Vita and her weapon and the Kiana divine key in 8k crystal plus some tickets i had saved up. I got very lucky but I always to single pulls just in case they come home early. I saw your vid on how she was mandatory and I was like okay I guess im pulling since my only part 2 was Senadina. I totally skipped like 6 months of patches cause I was not vibing with Part 2 story. My luck felt like the Hoyo devs telling me to please come back and stay. Keep up the good videos, please don't quit. Gacha is sometimes really brutal but remember the unlucky moments make the lucky ones taste sweeter, especially with Hoyo games. I was playing ZZZ and lost my Burnice 50/50 to Nekomata. I don't even like cat girls, what a bummer. But the gods blessed my Vita pulls so, you win some you lose some. If you aren't having fun with the game its also okay to take a break, in the end we play these games to have fun. Anyway sorry about your pulls, feel better soon.
