Awesome video! Really easy to follow your break down the purpose of each phase of your deadlift. I'm going to try and incorporate the dead arms technique because I tend to pull a lot with my arms only. Thanks for the tips!

Thank you so much was watching this in the gym the part about pressing into the floor to dislocate your arms and pulling as high as you can immediately clicked I was super surprised when 225 flew off the floor 👍

Hey man,greatest break downs of technique out there ive seen so far!!am applying your cues slowly to my sumo.. do you think static streching/opening hips before session is a smart thing? Or what is the best way to make hips loose long term??been facing hip tightness problems, sincd ive done for two years conv dead and resently switched to sumo,, thanks alot!!
