Casey Viator (1951 - 2013) at 19 was the youngest ever AAU Mr. America in 1971. He was trained by Arthur Jones (Nautilus) prior to the contest. Casey was a friend of one of my friends: Mike Mentzer (1951 - 2001). May they both RIP.

Casey performs this nautilus pullover absolutely flawlessly. Everyone I see in videos using it have to use momentum to swing the bar down and they do not go nearly as far back as Casey does.

Without a doubt the Medx pullover with independent arms is the best. I bought a fixed arm and my left side is definitely growing stronger at the expense of right side

icanmanifest, it’s an old school Nautilus pullover. It has a cam. I should know. My gym has two of these.
