@@ShreddedDad from everything you just did, I tore my rotator cuff twice first time actually went to the doctor then they wanted to do surgery and I chickened out and the second time and I didn't go to the doctor because I figured they were going to say the same thing and now I deal with the pain whenever I overexert myself. So yeah watching you do pull-ups and dips brings back some pain. I still do pull-ups and push-ups to this day but it's not a full one, instead it's inclined.

I’m going to just guess buuuttttt … that bracket is able to be secured to any structure.. what makes this video so good is he thought outside the box and used it on the wooden posts in a way that makes it adjustable for multiple workouts. 😮❤🎉… Now I don’t have a thought about using it.. lighter weight people should get this for sure.. if you workout with anything heavier than 350 lbs on bench you’ll probably break it… not can bench 350 lbs but it’s what you put on to get a 3-5 rep X 4 workout in..
