I just finished my 1st month of after-covid symptoms - mostly pulmonary. I cannot get in to see a pulmonologist for another 2 months as all of our specialists are not available due to so many covid and post-covid patients. So this video was extremely helpful, thank you so much for answering SO MANY questions I've had, and was waiting to see my doctor for answers. I have a couple additional questions I wonder if you or someone can answer -I am in the 1st category of breathing problem patients who have never had any type of asthma until now after covid. I have frequent shortness of breath and many sleepless nights due to my inability to get a full breath. I cannot exert even to talk for very long, so I suspect I have inflammation issues in the lung tissue. My questions are, can Advil help with that type of inflammation? also, I do have some minimal but persistent phlegm and wonder if it is better to take Mucinex or some type of decongestant or antihistamine. If someone can answer, I would be most appreciative as I continue to have to wait 2 months to see my own doctor. Thank you.
