I have one in my left lung. I was told it is benign, but I should check it every year. There was biopsy done. It was there opinion that it should just be monitored. It's still scared to me. I guess a biopsy to the lung has certain risks involved. I'm not sue what to think. How is it that they know it is no threat? They told me that it was like a mole inside my lung and not to worry. If it was no concern then why tell me about it?

I finally seen a pumulogsit and he said I have 4 nodules and they are 4mms. He said he is not concern about the sizes and wanted me to do another cat scan in 1 year. If there is any growth then he would do further testing. As of now, we believe it might have been caused by an infection which I had 2019 when I was sick and coughed my lungs out

I dropped weights on my chest which made me to get an X Ray. They found abnormalities and refered me to my family doc. I was then sent for a cat scan and it reads i have lung Nodules. My family doc says she is not 2 concern because they are small but referring me me to a pulmonologist to make sure. Im only 40 and is a bit scared. Im not a smoker with no shortless of breathe or anything like that. As matter of fact , during the pandemic lockdown, i was running few miles without no shortless of breathe. I hope it is caused by a privious infection because in Nov of 2019, i had a bad cough for 3 weeks. I go see a specialist 102920. Hopefully i dont have cancer.

@@nestorfontalvo1061 it turns out that the specialist wasn't even worry about it. I was in his office, literally in and out. He wants me to do a follow up in a year to see whether it grew. I really believe when I sick in 11/19 ( possibly covid) this virus did something to my lungs

@@glendaeman1382 everything is normal. I have to schedule for another scan as the doctor requested a year ago. However, I caught covid 19 back in May 21, I think it has damaged my lungs in a small way. At this point of life ( 41) I don't even care anymore.

@@fh3486 similar situation with the nodules. Could be damage from covidd. Can't exercise/workout because of Shortness of breath, Anxiety, GE junction Intestinal Metaplasia, Pulmonary nodules, Heart valve problem (MVP), Abnormal irregular heart rate just from slight movement (ex: sitting in a chair to walking to the bathroom heart rate go from 78bpm- 123bpm or a sneeze causing heart rate to go instantly from 78bpm- 160bpm. Hell even DVT or Blood clots in the lungs might be possibly present as well at this point. The most unfortunate 27 year old alive struggling with all of these health issues for almost a year now.

Hi good day..I hope you will notice me..I did chest xray for my med to go abroad and they found out I have a nodular tb..and unfit for employment..then I went back home beacuse I am very worried and wanted to try 2nd opinion..and found out there is no nodules..and try again another one..and still no nodular tb..and after 3 days of my last xray my back is so painful for 3 days..and a bit painful for 4 to 5 days..do I need to see a doctor?..thank u..and I hope you'll notice me.

My wife has a nodule . Less than 1 cm. Pet scan negative. Previous lung cancer . 3 years cancer free. They want to do a CT scan in 2 months. Can a low dose CT scan be used?

Few areas show fibrosis but rest of lungs show normal vesicular markings. Old infected sequelae COVID +ve in 2021 Patient age : 23 Can the patient recovered from this completely?? I' am very sad after hearing that some areas show fibrosis, infact I didn't have any symptom earlier 😥😭 Will I recover from this disease completely?? Currently I m getting my treatment from AIIMS doctor. Please do reply?🙏🙏

My hubby went to the doctors due to shortness of breath and a persistent cough.. the cat scan 2 weeks ago found he has a 5mm nodule in the upper left lobe and 2 enlarged lymph nodes 15mm each near it. also the part of lung next to this has collapsed. Next week they are doing a pet scan and biopsy on it... to say I am scared is an understatement. The waiting is very stressful. All doctors can say at the moment is it is 50/50 to be cancer :/

I was recently in a car accident, in which I had a full body scan done. This is when they found a 5mm pulmonary nodule in my right Lung. I'am a Smoker and 43 yrs old. I'm very worried that its Cancer and I keep putting off getting it checked out. I feel like the odds are against me.

I had advance melanoma, then the saw a ct scan….then it was in my lung, I went through a year of immunity therapy, they did a lung biopsy , yes it was nodual melanoma of the lungs, please don’t be me and ignore the large patch that changes color, it bleeds that is when I saw a skin doctor, they biopsy right there, then I get a phone call from the doctor….no cure, iit was very deep wide…lung biopsies ….

@@ranrunnn5280 turns out it's chronic inflammation with a long name, and I misplaced my DX papers. I had Valley fever over a year ago, I was told it was related, but no cancer. I just had a bout with the flu and I ended up with bronchitis real bad, it's been a month and I still have coughing and stuff yellow stuff coming up.

@@chinibucynthia3820 kinda crazy...i had a follow upnscan and it showed an 11mm or 1.1 cm and and adjacent 2 mm. Then was referres for a PET scan because it was a lungs rads 4. PET was clean and folow up scan showed that nodule shrunk to 6 mm...so they said it was likely scar tissue

Doctor said I had 2 lung nodules 3.2 and 5.2 mm in my right middle lobe i don't believe this is nodules only , because I feel something wrong inside my body I feel very sick and I'm losing weight I do a lot from CT scan , bronchoscopy and pet CT scan but they said lung nodules 😭 but I feel unwell every time . I need treatment 😭

I have multiple nodules, the largest is 11mm in my upper left lobe and I have unexplained chest pain for years. zero cardiac problem. so I'm guessing that it is causing my chest pain, and yes full cardiovascular work up including cardiac cath
