I got a c50 ;) Fit a real ir unit to it, Uses the real range for the c50, I scan 500yds plus with it, Got a old pulsar thermal scanner, I find with that, then gun running the c50 and gets the real clear view 👌 good difference video. ;)

Thank you for the comment. Many time people who don't have the knowledge thinks that weather conditions don't affect the quality of images when you are using an IR device. In the past it was quite impossible to clearly see a long distance animal because old type torch better reflected humidity or haze in the air during autumn or winter. C50 is awesome because you can easily see animals also during these bad conditions; this is possible because it use a wider wavelength IR spectrum than the older devices. With a new IR torch gen.

@@RiccardoTamburini Thing that gets me with the c50 is its colour mode at night, Any light about and you can see in colour, First view in that mode I said that's not right, lol First pal to look down it Said the same quote, lol, And the next lad said near the same, Just sold the n450, that was the business at night, no ir most nights needed, Had nv units for 14years, so get to know who good to use, On a ir test my dragonfly ir lit a building at 0.6 mile eg 990yds, eg by eye saw 0. Then the ir on i could see the big water tank. Unit and a half, :)

I'm agree with you. During twilight I always suggest to the user to try the Twilight feature (color) in night mode (moon icon); quality of image improved a lot!

In this video with the C50, is it the supplied IR being used or an after-market one? If supplied, is it the 850 or 950 wave length? Thanks

It's the supplied IR (850nm). It's a new concept torch which reflect less humidity and haze, dazzling less when you spot light targets like sky or a snowy field. It's available also in 940nm.
