@@XGODBGMI777 Brother well said ...but have you thought , there is a huge difference between the body frame of Dominar and Rs200 , difference in weight of the frames ....there is a reason na why Bajaj didn't place a 400 cc Engine in 200 cc bike frame ....Because it takes Automobile Engineers to calculate the load capacity of the frame in order to withstand the speed and avoid any breakage or accident ..... " JUST FOR FUN " he just switched the Engine in a frame which is built for 200 cc segment , he didn't calculate anything , what if the frame breaks or the power to weight ratio gets unbalanced , what if something goes wrong .....only he will suffer na ......India me yeh koi bhi kar sakta tha and I appreciate what he did , but usko dekhkar abhi koi bhi Engine swap kar dega Bina koi calculation kiye aur jab Kuch bura hoga toh pura dosh Company pe jayega .......Aise projects ke liye proper Engineers hote hai .......You can't do anything "Just for Fun ".......Ayush is a nice person I hope he will get it .....Agar sabkuch itna hi asaan hota toh Companies sirf higher CC ka Engine bechti kyuki frame to sabke paas hi hai ,toh bike ki kya zaroorat .......?

you can also increase performance by head porting intake and exhaust, dont need to do much just widen the inlet and outlet by 1 to 2 mm, if you have more material there you can make it wider by 3 to 4mm, you dont need to do it near the valves just the outer portion is enough. You can also do throttle body porting, but i suggest do the head porting first.

@@motopassion7006 in malaysia we do porting on most of the bikes, i have use my pulsar RS200 for almost 6 years with these specs, there is no worries of siezing the engine because you only adjust the air and fuel intake. Unless you modify the piston or the cranck shaft or the cam timing or any machanical parts that are moving then the bike will be less reliable.
