I have owned these headphones for 2 years and I would give a score of 2/5. the plastic breaks easily and the leather doesn't particularly want to hold up after 8 months of use, the only good thing is the sound and the battery, which is still holding up well

Hello. 🙋‍♂️im agree with all you said except one thing..PS4. 😁 Just got the headset few days ago for my ps4 pro. The console model is cuh-7216B and the model of the pulse 3D is cfi-zwh1, cfi-zwd1. Also tested on slim. I want to say that the headphones is working great. I havent issues with the microphone and already played multiplayer with chat party. Everyone heared me loud and clearly. The pulse 3D work perfectly like wireless, and wired on dualshock V2. Yes, you can't use headset companion app. They are not like Platinum or Gold headset, but you can go and adjust them in all videogames > settings > audio and change to headphones with differend channel. For example - uncharted 4, switched to headphones with 5.1 and 7.1 surround there is huge difference. Cheers and greetings from Bulgaria. 🍀

Hi, thanks for the info! at that time I only had a FAT version in in that FAT model it wasn't working well in wireless mode and many people reported that it works fine in Pro and Slim models, hope you enjoy it!

Hi, it will be on PCM regardless of which mode you choose, as the PS5 will recognize audio channels, and there's no actual Dolby support for the headset on PS5 for most scenarios.

Hi, considering Pulse 3D as $99 Price tag, I'd recommend SteelSeries Arctis 7P, if you have even more money and don't care, SteelSeries Arctis 7 2019 Edition. But 7P worth the money much more IMO.

Hi, based on the Rtings test, the response accuracy seems very good (better than Pulse 3D) on G pro X, even if it doesn't have EQ, it still sounds good!

Yes! even if you connect the controller with USB cable to console, the audio delay stays almost the same, the USB stick has lower delay in some cases. 0ms isn't possible, even USB headphones have 5-15ms (Inzone H3 for example) delay from the PS5. However your controller delay is usually much higher than audio, so it's not a big problem!

Thanks, for me, it's enough, but some people say it's not loud enough, it's a bit quieter on PS5 compared to PC and AUX port, but it's good enough for me. around 95dB at max with custom EQ up to 98dB as I tested.

i see i too look forward to elite, i have a dac which uses optical out for dolby digital and gives virtual 5.1 which sounds amazing, hopefully it will be a good equilizer for pulse 3d if i cannot change the same in wired mode @@DanielZH

Every headset, either with USB or AUX to the controller can use 3D audio from PS5, so yes, it works, but EQ settings are only available to USB.

They have a very similar sound quality (Based on Rtings) but if you're looking for a much better microphone, hs80 is better, overall it seems better, not sure if EQ from ICUE could be used on PS5 too.

Hi, Because you don't have EQ, it won't be as good, I recommend only using it with Wireless to be able to use EQ. it's good normally but much better with EQ.

It's more comfortable, better build quality, and better neutral sound, especially on Bass and treble, much better microphone quality, if you don't care about wireless, it's better than Pulse 3D Overall.
