The fact that I'm not a casual gamer and constantly want to platinum every mainline Resident Evil including zero as well as constantly playing cod as a break from RE, this is still a fantastic headset. Would recommend for its simplicity, good looks, and it's audio quality is NOT the best, but REALLY hard to beat when it comes to the price.

I have these, I would say for the price point they are good. Sure there are better headsets, but for the price I have no complaints. I’m also surprised no one really talks about how incredibly light these are, I find them more comfortable than my astros or my G933s for that piece alone.

They aren't saying that these headsets are bad, not in any way, some of the things he said used comparisons to other headsets that have similar features and price points. That is because some of these like sound quality, can be better represented if you have something to compare it to. And the general consensus for the pulse 3D's is that the Astro 20 and 7P's sound wise are just so slightly better than the Pulse 3D's

Most uncomfortable headphones i have worn. I’ll admit that the head strap was very good, that worked quite well, but the ear cups was just bad. It was way too shallow and didn’t give my ears enough room, and it didn’t encompass all of my ear. This caused a constant pressure against my ear which caused a bit of pain after like 15 minutes and totally broke any immersion. From the outside it looks way deeper than it actually is. The sad part is that these could’ve been amazing headphones for me for a great price, and it would feel super comfortable if only the earcups were just bigger and deeper

This is after maxing out the headset volume rocker, and game/chat to emphasize game audio. Any idea why the PS5 UI volume slider for the headset volume is set to the lowest position, and grayed out. 3D audio is universal for every headset, its just a technology to send a specific noise profile for stereo headphones. Sony just nailed the marketing to make them feel necessary. So far I like it, its a good wireless headset for its price point. Even works like a dream on my pc. I also have small ears so these are awesome haha

Personally, I don’t trust other brands. My price limit is a 100$ so these are perfect, as for stuff like turtle beach they either have cheap ones like 20-50 dollars or expensive ones like 150-200. And then for brands like razer that have headphones around the same price, I personally found them super disappointingly bad. For $90 the audio just isn’t what I thought it would be. Seeing all the reviews of these and them being wireless (unlike the razer at the same price) these are definitely something I want to pick up.

Hmm this is the second review I've heard that says there's no bass or that it's flat (and I'm not doubting you on it!) but I got mine yesterday and I can't really hear anything that'd be tinny or entirely flat in bass department. I do think the bass sound is very "soft" sounding though, lacking real clarity in bass differences and you don't get any of the epicly booming or thumping bass you get from more expensive music listening headphones. But tinny isn't at all what I hear with the ones I have. Though I haven't tried Demon's Souls as I don't own it. Just makes me think; Have they adjusted the sounds for a later batch after these complaints? I can only hope they'd add some equalization options to the PS5 system menu to adjust them with. Oh but I did btw do the 3D audio adjusting thing where you choose the sound that sound most like the sound on your ear level and I picked the lowest. Could that be a factor? Idk. Returnal sounds great with these!

While I didn't get my PS5 at retail, I managed to pick up this bad boy from Walmart and these things are bad ass. They are so comfortable that I honestly forget I have them on sometimes. They sound good to and I heard the Mic isn't bad from my friends playing Warzone. My only complaint is that they are not as loud as I want them to be but overall I'm happy and it looks cool.

@@RuneBa1 the mic is trash, my friends kept complaining that I sound in a can, and sometimes was echoing. Audio is great though, does have a long “enough” battery life, 3D audio is great as well. If you are more of someone who values talking to your friends and them hearing you well, this is not the headset for you. If you are getting them as just a casual audio gaming headset with little talking to party members go ahead I think you will enjoy them. Just before you buy the headset make sure you read many reviews and watch many mic test before you buy. I hope that helps.

@@RuneBa1 Most headsets have the 3D audio, currently in using a HyperX cloud revolver 2 and it sounds great, my friends say I sound like I’m playing in the same room as them, since I’m returning my a pulse 3D, I’m looking at the HyperX cloud 2 wireless, I have looked at multiple reviews and many mic test, personal I’m going with this one, I would not recommend such a high price headset because sometime they are not as good as they sound, I have a problem with headsets because they must be within good audio and a super clear mic. The problems with that is most wired headsets have that, but I really like the freedom of wireless. I have been seeing the Corsair Virtuoso is good for mic but not really as high end on audio, the Steel series Arctic 7P, they have great audio tuned for 3D but I showed my friends the mic test and they said it was similar to the pulse 3D, So currently I can not provide as much information on headsets I recommend based on how I chose a headset, I can further help you if you tell me if you like wired (better audio and mic) or wireless (still may have great audio but may loose its mic quality) and like I said, prices don’t really matter, I have a $150 headset and my friends say I sound like I’m a $400 headset. My current headset is getting old and that’s why I’m looking for a new headset.

Steelseries Arctis 7P or better yet 7X if you want one headset thst works with both next gen systems... Most comfortable and superior sound... but $50 more... worth it in my opinion.

I’m going to be honest. My rating is a 8/10. The sound is amazing, the battery life could be better but still is good, and the features are cool. However, the ear cups do not fit my ears as they should, mainly because I have larger ears, and it would fit a lot better if it had larger ear cups. However, when wearing a hat it does fix this issue and gives me more clearance from the drivers, it still could be improved. I can wear these for about 1-2 hours without any issues.

I like these because if the battery gets low you can plug it into the controller and keep using them, you won't get all the features while plugged into the controller but you won't have to wait until they charge again to use them.

CORRECTION: ANY game you play using these headset allows you to hear noise from every direction, not just Miles and Demon Souls. I play Cold War and Apex all the time, and this headset pin points enemy location me perfectly!

True but Miles and souls are made specifically for Tempest engine, Much like Gears 5 was made for Atmos.
