Trails of Cold Steel was actually my introduction into the Trails series. I was on vacation from work for the week between Christmas and New Years and was spending it up at my parents' place. I decided to go on Steam and looked up highly rated jrpgs on there so I'd have something to play during my down time and came across this game. Finished it by the end of the week cause I couldn't stop playing. Now, Trails is my favorite rpg series of all time. I've played all the entries up through Reverie. Loved this cover of the opening for the game that gave me a whole new series to love.

Me too. Asked for a cover of Aoi Kiseki over 3 years ago on the Silver Will, Golden Wings cover. My guess is trying to match the translated syllables to the tune/beat is much harder for those compared to the other songs. Like how one verse has 10 romanji syllables but the translation gives around double or half the amount for english.

I actually really like this version, the instrumentation done is stellar work, and stays true to the original but adds its own flavor into the mix, and it feels nice to put actual lyrics to a song I've been singing along to for so long. If a full version comes out, I will gladly put it into my main playlist right alongside the original!
