Do you suggest waverly or will wood? I really like closet space in waverly but there is no entrance sit out like will wood. Also dining near kitchen is kind of conjusted. But in will wood i do not like sink being on island. I am very confused🤦‍♀️

It would depend on your situation, they are both from different series for Pulte so the price points for both will be very different, I will say though that I prefer the Willwood more if budget allows because it has a lot of customization options available.
