The thing about editing about editing on Laptops is that you need to have a good running laptop so that you an edit with a good software without bugs and glitches and overheating, for example me I edit with premiere pro on my laptop, once I edited a video and it lagged out and I had to do it all over again. So I recommend you to get programs that don't need high end laptops to be able to edit with so that you don't experience problems with your footage.

Wooooow what an advice and i heared as well a mit depends on how many Gb of RAM u have so check your computer as many Laptops just run good with at least 16Gb RAM

I would really especially for u try a Vegan Diet for a Month and google it „Vegan nutrition for injuries „and make sure to do it huh protein!
