So no, he isn't a wild animal, he is very well accustomed to humans presence and touch but him hissing here is prolly his way of meowing cuz I've never seen these particular cats here doing so, which I believe they don't ever do.. So I'm sure he's just happy and comfortable with being pet like that, you can even see the owner's hand doing some small scratches in thee end there, so this just shows that he's okay with it, if not, together with the hissing, he'd have long stood up, looking all pissed and menacing, and would've thrown couple paws at that petting hand there..* 😅🤗
