Top stuff mate. Seen some tough and very soft buyers in terms of negotiations. People fold because they emotionally love the property either as a seller bc they think it’s worth more or buyer because it’s their ‘dream home’. I never really got it from an agents perspective. Top content you’ve been coming out with.
