Ingredients for the pumpkin soup (1.5 liter pot):
½ pumpkin
1 pepper
1 carrot
3 cloves of garlic
1 leek
2 potatoes
Vegetable oil & olive oil
Half black bread
Spices: dried garlic, Provençal herbs, salt, black pepper, paprika spice
200 ml coconut cream
Pumpkin seeds for decoration
