Necessary materials
2 packs of oatmeal biscuits (262 g)
2 tablespoons of butter (50 g) at room temperature.
For the cream:
1 liter milk .
1 glass of granulated sugar. (160g).
1 glass of flour (120 g).
1 tablespoon of butter (25 g).
1 pack of vanilla (5 g).
For the puree:
1 kilo of pumpkin.
1 glass of granulated sugar (160 g).
Walnuts for topping.
Cinnamon as desired
