Pl don’t ferment the batter with pumpkin paste. Rice and daal batter get fermented but the veg paste won’t ferment but get spoiled. Pl allow only rice and dal mixture batter to ferment and mix the pumpkin paste to the Batter after fermentation and while you are about to make dosa. This way the pumpkin paste won’t be out for whole night outside and spoil the batter also

You r right.any add on vegetable to the batter should be done while making dosa.Tomato dosa, kothamalli dosa etc..
