That's pretty wicked bud. I'd love to get the family in on this type of activity. Good on ya.

Wow that’s a lot-a lot of land! I have a tiny- tiny yard in Minneapolis city and I’m determined to grow pumpkins 🎃 to carve my oct 2021!

I want to know what is in the soil exactly or what to add to make big Cinderella pumpkins 🎃

Thanks for watching. The soil prep is tilled with a tractor, if you have a small area you can use a small tiller hand tiller. If your only wanting to plant a couple plants just soften the soil with a shovel and rack. Pumpkins can and will grow in about anything. It might be a little late in the season to have them ready by October, but it’s still worth a try. Good luck!!!

Do you plant in the same field every year?
@2277shane3 жыл бұрын
We do...... that being said, I have been told that we should “rotate our crops”. I don’t have enough land and or other crops to rotate so we have always planted pumpkins in the same field. We do add leaves and grass clippings and the occasional granular fertilizer every year to replace some of the nutrients. Call it luck or what you will but for the 14 years we have always had a good crop. Thanks for watching my videos. Hope this helps.
