350g all purpose flour
12g sugar
5g salt
225g cold butter cubes
90g ice cold water
pumpkin pie filling (for 1 pie)
150g brown sugar
2g cinnamon powder
1.5g ground ginger
0.5g ground nutmeg
0.25g ground cloves
2.5g salt
425g canned pumpkin puree
354g evaporated milk
3 eggs
additional (optional)
1 egg (for egg wash)
ice cream or whipping cream
