I am so happy that i found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. There is something about it that is so freeing and expressive. I love acrylic pouring because i get to experiment and really join the creative side of my brain with the scientific part! I loved that fourth painting. They all were awesome!! My favorite costume I’ve ever done was Carol Burnett’s “Went With The Wind” curtain dress. No kids knew who I was and every adult in the room died from laughter when I responded to their complements with “This old thing, I saw it in the window and couldn’t resist.”

I’m a year late but I love these paintings. My favorite is the orange,yellow and white. Can’t wait to try them when the holidays come round again. My youngest brother’s daughter teaches special education in an elementary school. She loves Halloween and always dresses up. All the family meets at her house on Halloween. We all bring a bag of candy and ingredients to make taco soup. That way all of us get to see all the kids’ costumes, have wonderful taco soup, and visit with family. We love it.

You should definitely do a series of paintings that are all black and white and then choose a bright accent colour like the bright red, orange hot/neon pink etc. You could also add a metallic accent too but leave it at 4 colours max to keep them really simple and modern.

After WWII my dad was in the Navy and in Japan. He brought we 3 sisters Japanese children's outfits. He brought Mom a Geisha outfit. I wore it in a Halloween parade when I was 15. I had a white face and small red lips. I won first place for my age group. Today I'd be accused of cultural appropriation, but I felt so elegant as I shuffled down the street wearing socks and flipflops. I had no choice, the way it was made I could only take tiny steps.

What fun!!!! I love Halloween! At 69 yrs old I still dress up, hairspray color my white hair and enjoy it almost as much as the children! Have even occasionally been the witch for haunted houses and private parties!

I love the flower painting . #2 . I alway handmade gifts until my hands gave out. I'm getting better and I'm going to learn this when my new home arrives. I've got to tell you Molly, you make me happy just watching you! Mind you, none of my paintings are quite turning out yet... but I'll keep trying. I'm a mom of 7, and a grandma of 17!
