Food looks good!! Sham one day try steaming down the pumpkin with some coconut milk, garlic, onion, pepper, thyme, green onions and all other seasoning you would like to flavor the pot with. It's a guyanese dish, they mostly cook it with chicken, beef or what ever meat they they feel for. Sometimes they fry fish to eat with it. And sometimes they curry it down with coconut milk. The pumpkin would have to cut small in cubes size.
