Hi Edward! Really? Here in Italy pumpkin is used mostly for savoury recipes; I've been inspired to the American Pumpkin Spice Latte for this recipe, but I thought it featured pumpkin in it 😂!! I don't what do you mean for "zucca di ghiande", pay attention to the automatic translator 😜 as you know, you can write in English if you prefer! @@HowTasty Hi, that is supposed to be Acorn squash. Looks like a giant green Acorn. This time of year America goes pumpkin spice crazy. Even seasonal beers, ice cream, donuts and coffee. None have pumpkin just the spices. I like the way you Incorporated the pumpkin into the "sauce" . Very original. Ciao Bella ✝️
