Being overweight or obese is absolutely no barrier to regular physical activity and sport. This is a preconceived idea that needs to be challenged. Not only is it possible to be physically active when you're overweight, it's useful and even essential.
It has an effect not only on excess body fat, but also on all the risks associated with it. And above all, in the short term, it improves quality of life and reduces pain, including pain in the joins.
