The crazy thing is Pun originally made up the Little Italy line as a joke. He didn’t take it seriously. He just said that line one day while joking around. Fat Joe was amazed at that line and asked him to put it in the song. Pun originally said no and thought the line was silly. Joe begged him and Pun gave in. Turned out to be one of the best lines ever.

Big Pun and Terror Squad were really from the streets. DJ Whoo Kid from G-Unit told a story of how he was kidnapped by Big Pun. Big Pun had either an Uzi or an AK-47. Before they got DJ Whoo Kid in the van, he looked up and there were shooters up on the roof tops of the projects aiming their guns at him. The interview is here on KZbin. Another story is when Pun and Terror Squad were performing at the Apollo. There was a knucklehead in the balcony throwing ice at them during the performance. Pun pointed him out and during the performance, Pun’s goons grabbed the dude and threw him over the balcony lol.
