@@ItzMilla - Explain how punching down on the bag (meaning it has to travel more than 90 degrees) is an advantage. Anyhow, I always got the highest of anyone in the room while always being tallest. And I'm strongest and could take anyone shorter. Reach is everything. I can hold a person with one arm and they can't reach me. I can reach them. I also practice with both sides (840 vs 920).
