Power adjuster is only 5.89mm wide. How did you go 6mm plus the barrel retaining screw hole that accesses the transfer port is only 5mm?

@@KevinWood44 I enjoy humorous comments. I also appreciate learning different methods of tuning airguns. I don't see any reason why I can't laugh at a comment, yet still respect the man's right to voice his opinion. I grew up around friends that would make fun of each other all the time. But that never changed the fact that they also loved each other. I will laugh at a comment made about myself if I think it's funny. Since I have never done this type of modification before. Iam just watching these videos. And since the gentleman is willing to take the time to make the video. I feel it's appropriate to thank him. I appreciate you guys taking the time to speak with me. It dosen't matter if you agree with me or not. Sorry if I seem to be playing both sides. I actually just enjoy the conversation. God bless both of you guys 👍🍺

I love my Puncher Breaker 25cal. It shoots 25.39 JSB beautifully at around 810fps. 20 shots have a 11 to 13 ES and SD of 2, or 3. I couldn't care less about power. So I leave it alone. Other than putting a Donny FL RONIN on. But I still find your modifications interesting to learn about. Thanks brother for your excellent video. God bless you and your family ❤

For me it's not the power either. I just don't like a loopy artillery trajectory. I shoot 20y to 120 yards. Out past 50 there's a lot of drop if lower power.
@heithwatkins2 жыл бұрын
@@joshuagibson2520 I hunt in woods. Most shots are 20 to 30 yards. I rarely shoot past 50 yards. So lower power, accuracy, shot count and quietness mean the most for me. But I shoot around 200 to 300 shots every weekend. That's why I love 177cal. God bless you brother. Happy New Year 🎯
@rickoshea81382 жыл бұрын
Impressive! How many shots per fill at that power level? Specifically, within perhaps a total velocity spread of 50 FPS? Such as 1025 to 975 FPS. Many want no more than half that spread in the sweet spot of the fill. What fill / regulator pressure did you use? Thanks

I kind of did the same thing on my unregulated 25 Cal aea varmint I wanted more power to shoot heavier slugs I ordered the Nelson 38.9 I am shooting those at 986fps with 83fpe and I'm shooting Mr hollow points 55 grain 850fps with 88fpe before my modifications I would shoot the 33.95 jsb 930fps with 65fpe I was shooting about four mags 9 rounds in the mag with my modifications I lost one mag so I'm only shooting three megs and I have a 450cc tank I found a 700cc tank and I'm going to be purchasing pretty soon to get a lot more shots also I found a regulator that is a lot higher than most that is very good so I can have more consistency with a lot more power and a heavier slug I like where my gun is at now what I did is put a spacer in the hammer spring and add it a week or spring to my valve pin and on my transfer Port I have six holes around the barrel I drilled them out two drill sizes bigger after I am finished doing my other modifications I believe I will get exactly what I want more power more shots and more accuracy

Is it safe to fill the kral puncher braker to 225bar or 250 bar?? I have a huma regulator and was wondering if it's safe to fill it up to 250bar to get a few more shots per fill.

The most I would go would be 3800 psi what do you have the rugs that out and what caliber is it

This stupid phone what do you have the regulator sat at and what caliber is the gun
@amazingairguns63502 жыл бұрын
And did you remove the valve return spring you have to remove it
@amazingairguns63502 жыл бұрын
Kral tests them to 5000 psi and I forgot that has a burst plate that’s made of brass I go to 4000. If you go to a higher pressure that burst plate is going to open up and release the pressure. And then all you do is put a new brass burst plate in it I think the gun came with extra ones if not I have some here.
@airgunsofidaho48862 жыл бұрын
I usually have the reg set to 130bar and fill to 3000psi. It's a 22cal and yes I did remove the valve spring.

Have you tried tuning at low power, here in the UK we have too. Id like to see you tune a sub12 gun and grouping at 50,75 & 100

sub12 is just sad.

R0mmatt Im glad to have 12ftlb as there’s countries with lower limits than mine, Ive watched some airgun stuff from the states and wondered how you’s guys would tune with power restraints. But I guess its not even relevant so why would you, enjoy your power while you have it 👍🏼
@heithwatkins2 жыл бұрын
@@chrisbarker1895 sub 12 isn't as bad as some people think. 8.4gr 177cal at 800fps. can kill small game at longer distance than many people shoot. Plus shot count is fantastic. But you guys need to petition your tyrants for more reasonable power levels. 177cal and 22cal should have zero restrictions. Even South Africa has unlimited power up to 22cal. 🇺🇸🍺👍
@chrisbarker18952 жыл бұрын
Heith Watkins I agree and think we here in the UK have a decent power limit for airguns, tuning is very different here as we cant just cure things with fpe, and if power is wanted we can obtain an FAC licence anyway.

I forgot to add a very important parts to my comment below it flattened out my shots I can shoot 30 to about 75 yards without losing any moa with the heavier slugs at higher speeds I can stay on target with very tight groups better than what I was getting before heavier slugs even at way longer distances you can be pretty accurate I'm talking about 200 yards or more
