Back in the early 1900s, one pellet guns were really starting to be used a lot. The barrel technology was terrible putting rifling in the barrels was very inconsistent so they realized when they choked the barrel they got better accuracy with pellets. But with technology now you don’t even need a choke to shoot pellets because of the extreme accuracy and precision of putting the rifling into the barrels now. There is a bunch of manufacturers that don’t even choke their pellet barrels and they get superior accuracy . Get on KZbin click on Andy’s air gun reviews Huben k1. They can’t shut a half inch group at 100 yards and I think it was like 20 rounds. No Flyers no choke on the barrel watch the video it’s incredible.

Thousands of people having great success using FX guns using pellets and slugs including Fredrick (did you see his showing at rmac last year) and you can't wrap your head around it. I have a dreamline shooting <1/2 at 50 and with low wind 1 inch at 100, I can tune the gun out of this accuracy easily, and bring it back. I've never shot a gun so easy to tune. Are these guns flawless, no, are they constantly innovating, faster than any company I've seen, and that comes at a cost of live beta testing, and I'm okay with that. FX has chosen a few shooters that shoot thousands of rounds to elicit feedback and they share it all with everyone. Because you've had some bad experiences you're bitter, and it discredits you, it makes you look foolish, and that's a shame because otherwise it would seem you're an experienced shooter and tinkerer. I've been at this a long time, I have had a great experience with the dreamline, a reasonably priced gun using much of the FX tech, this gun shoots several pellets well, I have a slug liner but haven't installed and tuned, it is as simple as that.

Pellets they’re OK with pellets, but when it comes to slugs, they suck and the fact is the liners are not properly made. With all the inconsistencies in the tubes that they turn into liners, you can’t get accuracy with slugs like you can with a conventional superior rifle barrel. When they make the tubes there’s inconsistencies and deviations up to 4000 of an inch so what happens is when they press on the rifling from the outside the barrel isn’t true on the inside because you’ve you’ve got high spots and low spots, so now once they press the rifling in and you shoot your slug through there, it gets sized by these tighter spots so when it hits the tighter spots and goes past that you’ll have spots where the slow go fall 6 inches through the barrel, there’s nothing holding it back that’s why Fxhast to have chokes. Any gun that has a CZ barrel right off the bat is going to shoot half the group size of any FX product. If you look on amazing, airguns site on KZbin. You will see a video on Ernest Rowe. Ernest, while talking to some of us explained how he actually accurize is a barrel. He goes in back and he picks through the thousands of liners they have until they find a good one. The fact is those guns are junk they’re weak they can’t even shoot barely over 1020 FPS myHuben K-1 shoot a 40 grain 22 caliber slug at 1150 FPS and a shoot and 3/8 inch group at 100 yards at that speed. Now let’s get onto aea if you get up on KZbin there’s a video of their 58 caliber challenger with Sabo 30 Cal rounds 170 grains going 2140 FPS. And shooting a nice tight group. Can you put a sable in one of an FX product you’re not getting much over what it normally does they just don’t have, the pressures needed and they never will because of the week design. FX insist on using that shitty three-piece valve because it’s cheap and easy to assemble. Everything they do is made for them is of putting the gun together and ease of making it cheap the cheapest, they can make it in manufacturing that’s where the liners come in. Liners cost them roughly 3 dollars each compared to a quality barrel will you pull the tooling through and actually have a true barrel all the way down through diameter true rifling. You’re not gonna explain anything to me about those junk products they are the most poorly designed air guns on the market and that is a fact you say what you want you believe what you want because you love them may I go buy one thing performance, and those guns do not have it if they even if they were $500 a gun, they still don’t have the performers their shit and that’s what they should be pricewise. Now here’s another thing about a EA. The innovators want to take a look at all the new models of guns they came out with their guns coming soon will fill to 7000 psi they’ll be regulated to 4500 psi that means firearm speeds and extreme accuracy out of their stuff. I Fax is not an innovator they’re on their way out. Why do you think it affects USA is gone. And this is not the first time they’ve had trouble they got kicked right out of airguns of Arizona. When the impact came out because of the poor accuracy, they said years ago when they use Walther barrels their guns were decent now they suck accuracy is terrible and people are complaining when they buy the guns and how do you back that up when someone buys a product and FX will not take anything back. And a majority of people that bought those guns one of them take them back immediately.

That’s right it’s Pressed in from the outside. But here’s the issue. The liners are not the same thickness all the way through they have machining marks they have it looks like a screw in through there from the machining process in some of the liners. The issue is the deviation in the thickness that I measured up to 4000 of an inch. Now when you press the rifling in from the outside it’s not true because you’ve got a 4000 of an inch deviation, which means when the slug is going through the barrel being sized smaller by the high spots in the barrel, so what you have is a slug that starts slapping around that’s why Matt dubber said he used to Vaseline and slugs, because it helped with them flopping around. That is also why they have to have a choke on a slug barrel. No other manufacturer puts chokes on slug barrels because it causes poor accuracy. Now you’ve got that liner with a choke. What do you think that is? You’ve got a solid slug again being size down when it hits the end of the barrel what does that to pushes them all over the place have a tight group that’s why they shoot an inch and a half to 2 inch group at 100 yards. And the funny thing is Matt dubber says that that is what he’d rather have is an inch and a half to 2 inch group at 100 yards instead of a quarter inch crop and where did he say it. In his one year with his Panthera video I suggest you watch that idiot make an ass out of himself. The guns change his point of impact, and that says loosen the screws that are supposed to be tight to hold the barrel in place because in the heat out in the sun, the chassis flexes and throws your slugs off. That’s a piece of shit and everything affects makes is a piece of shit and if you don’t think so, you’ve never shot against anybody with a really good quality barrel like a gauntlet or any Artemis air gun made by snow peak or an Oregon or a Beeman cube cheap for 180 bucks that will out shoot any FX. FX air guns are for people who don’t know anything about her guns. They watch a video when they say I gotta have the best and then they get it and they think they got the best until they shoot against a good gun.

That is true because if you bought it from someone else like an air gun store, they got it at dealer cost and they also got no warranty because they got it 30% cheaper. That’s why I always buy right from Walther.

I did get one liner to shoot savanna my way but it was a 30 Cal which is inherently more accurate and it took me eight hours to get that out of that barrel, and I will never do another one. it’s sad at FX has conned people out of their money and given them and in theory or shooting product.

That’s right the funny thing is the sub $500 air guns have much better quality barrels than FX liners. Technology today and machining and metallurgy is so far advanced from 1920 when they used to have to have a choke to shoot pellets now if you have a good well-made barrel, you do not need a choke to shoot pellets either because the barrels are so true, extremely precise and it’s not hard to do that these days. And now China definitely has a down pat, you can get a TJ barrel, but why would you pay all that money for a TJ barrel a forge barrel? Forge barrels are for firearms they last longer because they’re harder steel. Walther makes great barrels CZ makes an even better barrel. I’ve got my $250 Artemis, I think you might’ve seen the shoot on my channel that thing shoots a half inch group every time at 100 yards at 1100 ft./s. Yeah all this BS they’re slinging around I feel bad for new guys getting into this because they don’t know what to do and seeing as every other video, they see is FX airguns because that is the best way for F asked to advertisers pay people. Well, I will tell you this low pressure 1700 psi 1800 psi. Those are all way too low for shooting slugs. You have some better duplicate. The immediate speed that comes from a 22 hour are being fired. The only way you can do that is with 3600 psi or more. My huben k1 22 Cal. Shoots 40 grain slugs, 1150 FPS under half inch group I retired at 100 yards the gun is capable of over 1200 FPS, but the groups open a little. My twist rate is more suited for 1150 with a slug I’m using. I’m sure that there is a slug design out there. With a different balance point which nobody talks about because you’re too stupid.

They are actually causing their own and accuracy, as well as their liners with a choke on it to shoot slugs the liners have to go also so here’s the mess and for the day you dumb shit high pressure equals extreme tight groups at long distances lower pressure means a 2 inch group at 100 yards so have fun with that. So an $800 gun beat set ups that guys have five grand into 98 FX air rifles to Chinese guns and the two Chinese guns took first and second and then they went to two other competitions. @amazingairguns6350 na I'm just interested in pcp air rifles and have been researching fx for almost 5 years and have not seen much to doubt them, they used to have problems with the impact and mavric with leaks and stuff like that but it really has improved

They are the varmint knockers 47 grain, 25 cal he makes the slugs and said he has great success with these in the Huben k1. Thank you for the reply!

well what I consider normal is less than a half inch at 100 yards with slugs, and there is not a gun made by FX that can do that. Watch Matt dubbers video on his Pantera one year with a Panthera. He tells you right there. Those guns are not sub MOA with slugs. so after all the videos and all the years in the claims of them being the most accurate, Matt finally says it because he has to because people are selling their guns back and want their money back and nobody’s giving them their money back so Matt hast to run damage control by telling people that the guns don’t have to shoot sub moa. And then he kind of contradicts himself by saying it’s the shooters fault .

Like I said, your idea of accuracy might be two or 3 inch at 100 yards my idea of accuracy at 100 yards. Is a 40 grain slug traveling 1050 FPS and shooting a 3/8 inch group at 100 yards at that speed. The funny thing about your FX arrogance they could never get close to 1150 FPS and my gun is capable of 1300 FPS with a 20 inch barrel.
