What kind of rods and reels and gear do you use for all those techniques?

Coach Lance I use guru rods they are custom made glass rods by a local guy. Reels for punching I use a Curado 8-2-1 and for frog I use a Curado e7

Netos Trucking It I use anything from 1oz-2 1/2oz. Depends on the vegetation you are punching. My rule of thumb is use the lightest weight you can to get through
