Tip with deep diving in the lakes, using mono actually will get them down dealer due to the line stretching, hook up potentially better too I mean it is treble hooks
@BeardedBassin2 күн бұрын
I prefer the faster sink sink of flouro as well as the abrasion resistance that it provides when bumping over rocks, mono is neutrally buoyant so it sinks extremely slow.
@garybarajas96072 күн бұрын
@@BeardedBassinyou know I though the same thing till I started watching videos of some of the best to do deep diving cranks, the stretch will compensate for the sink rate due to the long bombs when casting a deep diving cranks and I still couldn’t decided so I throw. When I get a frog blow up but not catch it on the first try, I will usually get him with subsequent frog presentations or putting a plastic in the hole he made. I'm not trying to be a dick, but you gotta work on your punching technique. You shouldn't have to have your finger on the line to feel the bite, and when you do feel the fish, don't reel down to it, just lean into the fish and get the hook in it asap. Keep your rod at a 45 degree angle so when you do lean into it, you'll have your rod straight up ready to rip the fish out of the grass.
