Disco Elysium's plot is surprisingly fitting for a groundhog day type of mechanic. Hell, thinking that DuBois' alcoholism makes him forget most details but sorta have flashbacks that push him instinctually would explain how following playthroughs' harrier goes where he's needed despite bumbling arround in-narrative
