Buddy, that is not how this works. A defendant’s lawyer’s job is to defend at the behest of their clients. It’s the prosecution lawyer’s job to prove the evident culprit guilty. Sadly, a lawyer or a judge’s emotions unfortunately cannot be considered while making a decision. It becomes investigating agencies to conduct honest review of the situation and provide all core evidences (proper alcohol test, drug test, bill record of the bar, manager’s & the serving staff’s witness statements). You gotta understand that it becomes moral responsibility of all the witnesses to not become a sell out and do what’s lawfully right.

Wow! It's a clearly hit and run case. Is he a lawyer or a paid clown? Firstly, exclaiming them as juveniles but the police didn't ask them how they got their driving license. Secondly, If the act was out of an uncontrolled genuine accident, they could've stopped the car and immediately called the police by themselves. They didn't and got away with it. Thirdly, If you've money, you can buy the indian legal system. Fourthly, even after the clear footages that form the strongest evidences, people question if they're the wrongdoers wow. Fifthly, the criminals face has been blurred to protect their identity whereas they deliberately took two precious lives. And lastly, I hope people actually recognize the criminals and the family members of the deceased people take the law in their hands or give the criminals in the hands of the public. I hope they don’t influence the investigation or in any manner interfere with it or tamper with the evidence. And what about Jatt Prabjot whose superbike hit and killed a 79 yr old Nepali citizen Sur Bahadur Dittal in Nepal? A Nepali citizen who witnessed the accident live(Super Khalsa video) clearly mentioned that Jatt was speeding. The witness mentioned that the victim had been hit so hard that blood was oozing from his nose and ears and eventually choked in his own blood. However, Jatt mentioned in his own videos that the man's old age was responsbile for him succumbing to the hit. What? Jatt's money got him out of jail. There was no mention in Nepal or Indian media, paper. Sur Bahadur is survived by his old widow wife and daughter. The kicker part is that his fans fully supported him for his act!
