The police have registered a First Information Report against the minor, son of a real estate developer, under IPC sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 304 A (causing death by negligence), 279 (rash driving ), 337 (causing hurt by an act which endangers human life), 338 (causing grievous hurt by an act endangering life or personal safety) and relevant sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.

You are absolutely right sir. Low has given rights to the minor and privilege as well. It is the duty of the parent to take care of their minor child. In the above mentioned case which you have discussed , parents are liable in this regard. Parents should be held responsible...... In legal system there is the most important legal doctrine that is " Parens patriae" which means that as Nation will act as a guardian for the welfare of the citizen. Similarly the parent will act welfare of their child..❤️
