Let it be known that, this is the clear picture of the complete country. The picture : How the most high-sounding revered Politicians, rich aristocrats and horrible crime world is running the country, with clean and tight mutual understanding.. Let it be known that it is not Pune alone, it is the everyday story of sharing of the loot at every nook and corner of the country and thereafter justice denied. They did one mistake, by letting the driver rescued by his wife and children. Most of the instances , the driver also get eliminated by branding it as committing suicide or naming it an imaginary underworld gang-war. And lower level police personnel are not dare enough to resist and many submit resignation too. No statistics on this is kept for public information. Today it is someone's children and tomorrow will be for you and me.

The thing is, statements given to the police is not considered as valid until the same statement is given in the court, so if driver comes and says in the court that he was driving, the case changes, and if that commissioner gets like 10 crores and bungalow's and flats from the criminal builders and after that if he is suspended, he will just sit and enjoy rest of his life.
