I too had the exact experience recently when I travelled from Pune to Shirdi in shivshai I booked ticket for 8:30 am bus and the conductor called me and said the bus was leaving.He shifted all the reseved passengers for 8am bus instead of 8:30am and I was shocked to see the interiors really pathetic looks like "AC DUSTBIN" inside and no match with our APSRTC &TSRTC buses in terms of cleanliness and punctuality.The bus reached Shivaji Nagar Pune at around 1:30 pm. Worst service and maintenance

Welcome to MSRTC 🤣🤣 earlier they use Volvo/Scania buses under Shivneri name tag and services are from Pune to Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur. Bus fare was almost double for all routes except Mumbai route. later they discontinued all Shivneri buses except Mumbai route. They launched a semi luxury bus named Shital. same as Shivshahi buses. AC in those buses stopped working anytime. so they discontinued all buses named Shital. after 1-2 years of gap they introduced Shivshahi buses in which they own 400 something buses and another 300 something are on lease. problem of these buses are 1) no specific body builder. some buses are build by mg some by antony. so there is no proper layout. 2) driver/operator/ conductor don't know how to set AC. driver switch off the AC anytime during journey. temperature always more than 22°C. and it sometime constantly kept on 26-27. AC is meaningless at those temperature. 3) buses are poorly maintained. no washing cleaning before journey. and this is not with Shivshahi only, this is with all other buses.

Nice video bro. I once I traveled in msrtc shivani to shirdi from pune and I travelled in Ksrtc Volvo but my preference for my satisfaction is ksrtc is best because I traveled two in both bus when I was traveling in msrtc that bus got brake down and we got to waited in road almost 4hrs
