Brother VRL is a brand which focus on passenger safety and comfort, they give ample breaks to the passengers because every passenger is different. You cant compare VRL with anything. While giving review pls think of everyone . This is not a punctuality problem. I have travelled with every service provider VRL and KSRTC both are the best.

I used to travel regularly in VRL. Mostly it was late while starting. But reaches Bangalore on time or 30-45 minutes late most times depending on traffic inside city. Halting time is very less. Only limited break halt.

That's khopoli food mall... most of the petrol pump are company owned.. hence cheaper by 1.5 rs approx...hence the rush.. Shivneri halts separate hotel next to food mall.U get tasty vada pav. Usually during rains they drive slowly...and vrl are safe driving... For bumpy ride since you were on second last seat above the Tyres....u do get the jerk's. Also for BLR section they have I shift buses...u were unlucky to get old bus.. Since there maintenance is good they tend to run their buses for longer period before scrapping... hence the ride quality/ interior is not good unlike National or Sharma

Indeed, drove there by car to catch a bus to Govardhan EcoVillage, an organic farm and dharmic retreat I'd recommend visiting. The bus was late, it was early, so barely any restaurants/malls were open where we could relieve ourselves. So we just walked around looking for such a place, and found the mall. It was closed, but after sizing us up they realised we weren't a security threat, so they let us in to the lower levels from the staff entrance. I descended down the stairs into the bowels of the cavernous building, and walked past an entire platoon of cleaning and security staff, being briefed by their leader to the bathroom. It was dirty, which raised questions about how well the cleaning staff did their job of they didn't maintain their own bathroom... It was a rare peek into all the work that goes in to ensure nothing happens. I was impressed with the 'village', but of all things my sole attained mukti while I was there, so I carried around my shoes in my hand and walked barefoot for two kilometres. But that's a story for another time.

Superb Video Dude . It was too informative as you mentioned every details . The evening Tea Break you took before the Ghats was at Khalapur in Raigad District of Maharashtra . You might have observed that your bus cleared a toll plaza , 2 kilometres prior to the Food Mall . Regarding the Journey , I would love to see the comparison between VRL and Orange on your channel . Have hit the Bell Icon as well . Btw did you directly take the Bus after attending Prawaas or you stayed in Mumbai a day more ??

But, since these companies have designated stops in major cities, they should add at least a bus stop w/ roof, either brick or unbreakable glass... or, stop at place where passengers don't have to wait for them on the side of the road such as a shop/hotel entrance etc... since they only get passengers who've booked the seat before boarding, it won't get overcrowded... :-P

Volvo produces buses locally in Bengaluru, do they can avoid heavy taxes by the government on imported vehicles like the Scanias. Another reason for cases where tax benefits don't apply might be to avoid retraining mechanics to work on a different make, spare parts, etc.
