If you playing on Mumu, maybe yu selected 120fps, some effects may dissappear so i prefer select 60fps instead

Technically it is. Bcs hes only using Lucia and these hits are DOTs, and you cant evade them as far as i know.

If you look carefully, Alpha is still taking damage despite walking around so it’s a debuff.
