Playing characters I like to play is my approache to PGR, regardless of the meta. I'm very lucky that the ones I find interesting and fun are Dark elements (No.21, Selena, Luna & the upcoming Karenina S). I heard Global will be getting a new S-rank selector around May. Is that true? I started a month ago and I'm missing Luna.

I am using Rog phone 5s,PGR mobile ver still have better graphic and smooth than emulator,if you are playing on PC then wait for PC client,it is will be better with pc client

Vera for chaotic gameplay, Selena for agile and elegant gameplay, Vera movement is easy, she relies mostly on her core passive, mem passive. 3obr is not bad, but lacks DPS, her ult Is also good, yeah just good Selena amp Movement sucks for beginners, you need to have a faster reaction time to enjoy her, I recommend practicing in mother or the twins, 3orbs is fun after you master her speed gameplay because she moves a lot, however if you are a beginner it might be difficult to control the red and yellow orbs, her core passive nah boring, her ult is way fun than vera since it offer new effects on the screen So both is great to collect, however I recommend you save some bc for Karenina she 100% dark tank so it's better than kamui, also cuter than Selena and vera, vera and Selena is a bit normie since vera is basically trolling you, while Selena is your darling kundere, not enough cuteness, and not fun to hang with, meanwhile Karenina is just perfect, yeah I love tsundere they're so fun to tease maybe I'm a little bit vera myself.

If you do not have Kamui then use 21,she is good enough. If you do not have Kamui then save for Karenina Dark
