Very sure those are the duplicate shards for having max rank units if you are talking about the shattered glass bits. The red/black ones specific to Uns(Transcendants) and the Orange ones being for S-ranks based on what the items offered are. Ultimately outside of A-ranks, your likely to not see the later two much since unless you flop OFTEN on chasing Uni-frames, it would take over dozens of procs for a un to hit triple S plus since they convert to 18 frags. and chasing an S-rank to triple S plus is just megalodon/Leviathan territory levels of spending, even if they were the NIER Automata units with all the bonus frags. Which considering its only for surplus shards, would not really work in favor for limited time only units. So yeah, most free/light spenders will likely only hit double S for S-ranks/Uni-frames and maybe triple S if they are lucky on some ends, anything beyond that which is not an A-rank frame is just pure madness and makes me glad unlike Honkai impact 3rd, Punishing gray raven does not demand you stay in the upper ranks for `BC rewards`.

If I recal correctly, every new construct has their own memory set when released nowadays. I think they just equiped their usual Amplifier setup to save time and show how much BP she'd get with fully leveled/resonated/hypertuned gear.
