This sura actually tells us the importance of balance in this universe and in our lives if the balance is out it creates great issues just like the temperature of our body the blood pressure , diabetes,if these increases the balance is is out and troubles are started and likewise if we transgress those limits that are defined by Allah the problems starts between our lives so it is advised in this sura not to cross the limits for our lives and for this world as we human beings has created great problems by creating great pollution thanks

Most important aspect of keeping intact the balance of mind is to recognize Allah, the to recosnise the purpose of his creation, If the minds of men go wrong way and tilt toward falsehood in settling the Creator to a wrong god or holding countless gods their sustainer, provider, law-giver, medicine of all purposes etc, and we become strict to hold him in the highest place of the real Creator. Here comes the beginning of all diseases and creates a situation, which puts humans in an imbalanced state, if he realizes that where the real fault lies in his thought and actions and reaches the right point in detection, and begins himself to place on right position and sets everything on its rightful place and he gets rid of difficulties faced by him. Allah is the rightful owner of this Universe and nobody can take away His real place of Lordship and if anyone denies Him to be worshipped, he does wrong for himself and nothing gets lost of Allah. What dictates this Surah, if we strictly obey the commandments, injunctions and follow the teachings of Muhammad (PBUH), life becomes easier and we use the bounties and do justice with everything, the prosperity betterment, enhancement in every sphere of life. Life goes on smoothly and Allah Al-Mighty pleases with their servants and gives more than before. And if we continue His disobedience and do not reforms to the orders of Allah and neglect the commandments of Al-Qura'an and laws enacted in the light of Shariah and teachings of Muhammad(PBUH), put ourselves in discomfort and ease and become the real loser in the world and hereinafter as well.
